I am using the project 2016 MSO (16.0.9226.2114) with project online and each time I check-out an existent project do maintain it I just notice that the enterprise-resources have the booking value with proposed and not committed. Because of that, I need to manually insert the value committed for each resource in the project plan, then save, publish and check-in.

If I do not do the above steps, the enterprise resource will lose the project's tasks in the the respective time-sheet and we are using the project online to have the resources effort monitor and control.

I would like to setup the settings in a way that the project online does not mess up the booking values. Do you know how ?

Carlos - you can set the "booking type" for Resources in your project team from the "Build Team from Enterprise" dialog box (handy hint - use the CTRL+T keyboard shortcut), this establishes the prevailing type, either proposed or committed for the entire project.

I suspect that your edits per task may be discarded as a result of them conflicting with the values  visible in the "Build Team from Enterprise" dialog box.
