I have 2 4 star ratings.  But the overall rating is only 3 stars, howcome?

请检查开发人员中心的评级，而不是直接在商店中查看。商店仅显示附有评论文本的评级。如果你看一下它所显示的星级评分，那么总共有6个评分，不仅仅是两个评论文本

Please check the ratings in Dev Center and not in the Store directly. The store only displays ratings that have a comment text attached. If you look at the star rating it shows however that there are 6 ratings overall, not only the two with a comment text (which both are 4 stars).

Dev Center Reporting will show you all ratings (also those without a comment).
