Am newbie to create a silverlight application, currently am working in VS 2005.

Following are the software's installed in my machine for SL.

First i installed the VS 2008 with SP1, then i downloaded the Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio 2008 SP1

from http://silverlight.net/GetStarted/ , i tried running the downloaded file, but getting an error "installation failed".

Note: We are currently using some proxy to access the net. I guess this proxy is not allowing to download all the files.
