I have Silverlight installed on my computer.  A website I am trying to load keeps prompting me to install Silverlight to load the website; however, when I do, it says it is already installed.  The website will not load, as it says I do not have Silverlight.

Please check your operating system and browser that you are using based on following link, make sure they are compatible with Silverlight first.

If they are compatible, please check whether the Silverlight plugin has been enabled in your browser. For example, in IE, you could enable it through Tools -> Manage Add-ons -> Microsoft Silverlight -> Enable.
