Does anybody has any pointers on explanation of all communication that happens between client machine, test controller and test agent?

I did some performance testing using on-prem client, test controller and test agent with system being tested hosted on Azure. For 1000 iterations, I got approximate time of 11 mins.

I was definitely expecting better overall response time in this setup.
