I am using Microsoft Download Manager (in IE11 the download doesn't even get started but it looks like it is trying to ) after downloading as much as 48mb or so (it varies with each attempt) I get an error 403 (not authorized - and I am logged in properly via IE). Attempting to download Visual Studio Professional 2013 with Update 4 using the direct link. MDM is version 1.2.1 build 2044. I am running Windows 7.1 pro 64bit. IE11 is completely unsuitable for large downloads, and yes I do have all the latest updates.

Apparently the session is timing out. The time out takes about 10-15 minutes. This ISO is a large one 6.9gb. The time out value is exceeding short, allowing only 40-50mb in a "patch session". To complete this download I will have to complete 100-200
of these "patch Sessions".
