我正在开发简单的邮件应用程序来连接到实现Exchange ActiveSync协议的邮件服务器。

I am developing simple mail application to connect to mail server which is implementing Exchange ActiveSync protocol.

我是能够下载电子邮件，但有字符编码的问题..我已设置接收电子邮件作为MIME邮件，但当我收到电子邮件作为Content-Transfer-Encoding：quoted-printable - 一切都很好，但当我收到Content-Transfer-编码：

I am able to download emails but have problems with character encoding..I have set to receive emails as MIME messages but when I am receiving emails as Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable - everything is fine but when I am receiving Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit I have problems with national characters - there are not mirrored properly (or I am not able to convert it properly).

My question is: is there an option in EAS protocol (I am using ItemCommand and Fetch option) to set (told server to send messages in preferred way): Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable as mandatory? At the moment received emails are encoded as quoted-printable or 8bit.
