Hi,

I wanted to  renew my dev Center Account which is from India . But I wanted to renew it by Using the Credit Card of Singapore ,the card has international validity ,but If that payment will work as in the payment page the billing address's country name cant be changed from India to other country.

 so if that is possible to use credit card of country other than India for dev center account renewal??,that is my specific query .
