First I will start by saying that I have multiple accounts which is not helping this. My original development account (personal) works fine and I am able to do everything on that account. However when I try and use the account set up for an other company I cannot get VS to Associate the App with the store.  

After building the UWP app bring up the store Applet and select associate your app with the windows store. I can neither see any app listed, nor can I add a reserved name. If I switch to the account with my personal sign in I see my apps and can reserve a name.

I am able to sign into the partner portal and switch between directories. On the one with issues I have one app that I started manually creating in the nonpersonal one that is partially submitted (I need to submit the packages but cannot get VS2017 to cooperate).

Any ideas?  How can I get someone from Microsoft to look at this?

Did you register this account?Is this a company developer account?I used my company account and couldn't reproduce your issue.

If this is a company account, what is your role? Manager or developer or others?
