I have successfully compiled the included WEC2013 BSP for the Blaze Tablet 2 board with TI OMAP4470 CPU.
I assume this WEC 2013 reference BSP was created by Adeneo.

Unfortunately there exist no documentation how to create a bootable SDcard and which files are required for this.

I have tried to copy the following files from the release directory to an FAT32 formatted SDcard:

and changed the Blaze Tablet 2 boot selection jumpers to boot from this SDCard.

The image is not loaded and there are no serial eboot startup messages.

Do you have more than one partition in the SDCard,in which case you have to copy the files to the active partition or you can mark it as active after copying the boot files.
