I migrated from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013 over the weekend and I have 1 user that does not appear in the EAC. His mailbox work, and I can see him when I do a Get-Mailbox in the Shell. Any ideas why he is missing in the EAC?

check the type of the user. if it's a shared mailbox then you can find that user mailbox in shared mailbox and if it's a resource mailbox then you can see that under resource mailbox. Thanks.
