I have seen various Twitter feeds from folks provisioning VM Scale Sets in TP3.  I see VM Scale Sets in the portal, but when I try to add one, I get the following.  Am I missing something fundamental, or are VM Scale Sets not yet available in the publicly released TP3 code?

Sorry, all.  I'll answer my own question.  It's in the Known Issues section of the POC documentation:

There is no marketplace experience for creating VM Scale Sets, though they can be created via template.
