Hi everyone,

I have a program that tracks limbs, hands feet, and also the head. In the past (for the Kinect v1) I used a really crude method to convert pixels to meters. I was wondering whether there was a nice way to say "hey, this person moved their hand this many meters during this session". And then display that data for each limb.

Any thoughts? If it cant be done can anyone suggest a method?

I'm not sure if I understood your question. Kinect body tracking system already gives you CameraSpacePoints with meters as base units. For example if you get the head joint in (1,1,1) and after a second it is in (1,1,2) it means the head moved one meter in z direction away from the sensor.
