I believe I have successfully run the Azure Stack TP2 deployment script (last message was: COMPLETE: Action ‘Deployment’). When I try to connect to Azure Stack using Connect with Remote Desktop, I get stuck at "waiting for login.microsoftonline.com" in the IE browser. I am unable to connect to login.microsoftonline.com in IE even after having added it to the list of trusted sites.

When using Firefox, I get a Microsoft Azure Stack portal page but it only shows "+ New" and "Browse >" on the left hand side, and a "Dashboard" screen that is blank except for a menu across the top that says "+ New dashboard Edit dashboard Share Fullscreen Clone Delete", and nothing else. There is an error message in the alerts saying:
