I am looking to get a RPi working with some CAN-bus shield and a UWP app that then transmits the CAN messages back to another UWP app on a desktop that then displays the data. My searching hasn´t gotten any answers on CAN bus implementations. I´d use whatever CANbus shield that would work. The UWP app on the desktop ideally controls the RPi in terms of what to decode / encode on the bus and transmit.
