Is there any way to get list of Collaboration platforms/application endpoints that are available in Lync Server from Lync Client API?

I am building an UCMA 3.0 auto provisioned app that establishes a collaboration platform and an application endpoint. If multiple of such apps/instances are established and hosted a conference, if some client want to join that conference by selecting it from a list of available instances. Is that possible at all from Lync Client SDK, if so please let me know how I can do it.
