Hi Manas,

Please check if you can access Commerce server Manager ->全球资源 - > Profiles (your sitename)

Check if Profile Catalog Shows ups empty Node ( if yes, then its problem here)

if not check if you can access and see profile definitions & data sources.

Currently we are using Commerce Server 2009 and In “Customer and Orders Manager “

When we try to search on Customer and Orders Manager-

Search is working for other view (Basket, Orders) but not for “Profile” view.

Also I have tried search on all type of profile object (Address, Credit Card, Currency, User Object etc) in Search Profiles window on those also it is not working ,

It just closes the Commerce Server Customer and Order Manager window and throws pup up window with following messages .

Microsoft Commerce Server Customers and Orders Manager has stoped working .

* Check on line for a solution and close the program.

* Close the program

After I trace event viewer log files .I got the following Information.
