Hello! I have extended the Orders system. The mappings look fine. But when I open the Customers and Orders Manager and select an order, its payments are not shown. If the data is not showing in the business tool then we have to check at two places.

1. Can you check in event log whether any errors are logged.
2. Since you have extended order system - have you also updated {language}_OrdersPresentationInfo.xml (you can find them in order web services) file with your changes. Unless you change are not reflected in this document, the data is not shown in the front end.
