Hello,

We are using a Project Server 2010 instance. One member of the administrator group for this instance can't see all the sections of the "Manage Users" / "Edit User" page.
It is missing the sections:
-          Security groups
-          Security  categories
-          Global permissions
The sections go directly from ‘Resource Custom Fields’ to ‘Group Fields’ and the entire security section is not available to him.

At this moment only one user is facing this issue. When I use his ID thru a delegation session, I don't see the issue.
Did you already see such issue?
After some discussions here, an idea come up that it could be relative to checkbox "Associate resource with a user account" but the checkbox is not available here.
I tried to figure out the Sharepoint settings but I'm familiar with them.

Hi Pascal Jean,

The checkbox "Associate resource with a user account" is available when you open the resource from the resource center and not from the server settings/manage users, and just for resources.

Then if everything is correct when you use a delegation session for this user, it should not be a permission issue. Just in case, check that the user's permissions have not been edited directly in this user profile (such as the "manage security" global permission). Try also to remove him from the admin group and set him back. Check that he is not a member of another security group.

Finally, in order to see if it could be a browser issue, try with another browser to see if it helps.
