I am able to create Deliverables in Project Pro 2010 project, publish and these show up in the PWA project site perfectly.  But when I create deliverables in the PWA project site and then bring up the project in Project Pro I am not getting these new deliverables showing in the Manage Deliverable Pane even if I choose the Get Updates link.  I can edit the Project Pro created deliverables in PWA and get an update indication from Project Pro but I cannot get any indication from the PWA created deliverables.  This is not functioning the way the book says so I would appreciate any suggestions.

Not sure if you are expecting any auto indication for the changes in deliverable list on project site, but if this is the case then unfortunately it doesn't work this way.

In order to know about the deliverable changes of project site, you have to open project in project professional, open manage deliverable and click Get Updates to fetch all the updated deliverable data from Project site. And for me this is working.
