Hi all:
I'm running VS 2005 Team SP1 team edition, and I encounter this error:
unresolved external symbol __GSHandlerCheck when I build an old project.
I have already following the directions here and added libcmt.lib under Linker->Input->Additional Dependencies

Check whether the issue gets solved by adding secchk.lib to the linker settings for the project

Option 2:

Add tge libcmt.lib under Linker Input Addtional Dependecies as you did and turn off the linker warning (/nowarn:4099).
