I currently have Expression Studio 4 Ultimate and Visual Studio 2010 Professional  installed on a Windows-7 64-bit machine, which has functioned well until now.

Today I loaded Silverlight-5 onto my machine.  Now when I try to open an existing Silverlight project in Expression Blend-4, or when I try to create a new Silverlight Project in Expression Blend-4, the project will not load, and I get the following Error Message:    The imported project "C:\Program Files  (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\WindowsXaml\v1.0\Microsoft.Windows.UI.Xaml.CSharp.targets" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk. 

Can you help me fix this problem?

Blend 4 does not support Silverlight 5. There is a free preview that supports Silverlight 5 available here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=9503.
