  I'm new Expression Blend/Silverlight... I do not have a clear understanding of the whole thing, just have a vague idea. Here are some of my doubts:

1. What is the "default" browser resolution when creating a page? Should I just used 1280 x 800?

2. What or how to use button behaviors control? like for roll-over state, click-on-it state.

3. How do I create a "template"?

it would be nice if anyone of you could provide some explanation / summary / links that will increase my understanding to this. thanks in advance !!

There are many tutorials out there, http://www.silverlight.net/ is a great place to start.

 

1. There isn't a true standard, ideally you will make your application scale nicely to whatever size a user wants to use.

2. These can be found in the states panel when you edit a button's template.  States are things like mouse over, click, active, inactive.

3. Right click an object, select edit template.
