I realize this is probably the reverse of what people usually want to do. Is there a way to copy path/shapes from Blend and paste it into Design?

I have actually looked into this as I wanted to take a SketchFlow and turn them into a format consumable by my design team that does not want to play with XAML.

Unfortunately, I never found anything as cut and dry as copying and pasting into Design. Only thing I found was a post on how Inkscape is supposed to be able to support XAML export.

I never did get it to work for SketchFlow, but it might work for your paths and shapes.
