Hi Guys,
We have enabled some of the users for Enterprise voice. When users try to make a call from communicator by double clicking the phone icon, by default the numbers published in Active Directory as home & work phone numbers are taking precedence & communicator call is listed at last. I want, when users click at the phone icon, it should go to the communicator call. This scenario is possible with Communicator Phone Edition according to below link:

I'm pretty certain that the behavior is that whatever number the user dialed last is what will be shown by default on the phone icon.  At any rate, if the work number is listed and is the same number that is assigned to the user in OCS, outbound routing should intercept the call and prevent it from being placed on the PSTN and then tromboning back into your OCS implementation.  You can verify this by tracing S4 on your mediation server(s).
