are there any tutorials/manuals on how to run R project scripts in-database on MS SQL 2016?

After hours and hours of googling I found only this one http://blog.revolutionanalytics.com/2015/05/r-in-sql-server.html and this method does not work for me.

Hello,

R is not available on CTP versions released up to now. Carl Rabeler (MSFT) mentioned that R should appear on CTP3. Please read the following thread:
