Hi, 
I've completed all the steps in the submission process, yet I am still unable to submit to the store.
The button is greyed out and there is a blank error message that gives no indication of what the apparent problem might be.
Has anyone else experienced this? I already contacted support days ago but a solution has yet to appear. Thanks in advance.

Update: I figured it out, the problem was I hadn't published my changes to Xbox Live.

For anyone else who has this problem go to services>Xbox live and click test which will then publish any changes made. The error message that appears on the submission overview is content-less for some reason.
