For the last couple of days we have seen that the reports generated via the API are providing what appear to be old values as follows:

Are reporting application generates the reports early in the morning via the Bing Ads API but it hasn't been an issue before. Even now late in the day we are not seeing the values as reported in the web UI. It appears to take us until 2 days have passed until we are pulling in accurate data that reflects what is shown in the web UI.

Issue Description
Between July 7th 4:00 AM PDT and July 9th 08:00 AM PDT, Bing Ads was experiencing delays in reporting conversions data. Engineering teams have resolved the issue and the data is now caught up. Please note that this issue did not impact Ad Delivery and conversion tracking.

Impact to Users
Bing Ads users would have noticed that the Hourly Reports pulled via Bing Ads or performance graphs are not up-to-date with current performance data.
Impression, Clicks and Spend data were back in SLA around 6 pm PDT on 7/8.
Conversions data was back in SLA at around 8 am PDT on 7/9.
