I'm trying to set up recording offline conversions via the Bing Ads API.
So far...
-I've installed BingAds-PHP-SDK via compose on my server
-I've downloaded OfflineConversions.php found at https://github.com/BingAds/BingAds-PHP-SDK/blob/master/samples/V12/OfflineConversions.php and uploaded it to my server
- Ive registered the OfflineConversions.php on my server as an app and got the app id and created a password for it

However I'm unclear how to connect/authorise this file to our Bing Ads account. Specifically where and what php code do I use to add the , api access key, app id and password to the OfflineConversions.php so it connects to our bing ads account?
