Hi,

Could you refer me to the part in you API documentation regarding the permissions you require?

For example I would like to connect to Bing Ads using you API and provide the connection only GET and read-only permissions and not edit and delete permissions. I could not find this anywhere in your documentation. Please help.

Hi Coral.

Per the documentation:

"Obtaining a developer token for API access does not grant additional permissions to any Bing Ads accounts. A developer token enables programmatic access to the accounts permitted for a user. Each Bing Ads user is assigned a role e.g., Super Admin or Advertiser Campaign Manager for every customer they can access. The same accounts available in the Bing Ads web application are available to the user programmatically through the API."

You can create a read-only user (Viewer role) in the Bing Ads web application, or you can send a user invitation via the API.
