I would like to know is there a way to get insertion order table or to get specific entry from this table for given account ?

主要目的： 

main purpose : 

  - 提前知道结束日期预算。

 - to know in advance end date of budget .

- 解决每个帐户的剩余预算问题 。

- to resolve remaining budget per account  .
