ok, dragging and droipping table column on to report is quite easy. But what if a method return a datatable and assume the my report blank it hasnt added any columns to display at design time, obviousely the report does not know what to expect. in this case, assume the returned datatatble has the follwoing columns: UserID, UserName, FirstName, LastName, UserGroup. i want the report to display only the columns, username and Designation, how do assign those columns of my returned datatable to the report?
