If you are referencing XP Embedded as opposed to POSReady 2009, which this forum meant for, you must return to your OEM and ask them to provide a runtime with IE6 as opposed to IE7.  As an End User you cannot change the runtime.  You can get additional help on XP Embedded in our XP Embedded forums on MSDN (http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/embeddedwindowscomponents/threads).
