I am trying to get my IIS to work as it won't create the IUSR account. I have made sure that the IIS group has the necessary permissions and user rights and also made sure that the registry setting is not preventing the re-creation of this account, however when I restart IIS, the IUSR account won't re-create and I receive the following error:
