请检查ULS日志并查看详细消息。对于SharePoint 2013，默认情况下，ULS日志位于
" C：\Program Files \Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS"

I have had a local Apps Catalogue setup within our on-premis SharePoint 2013 SharePoint Server for a while but recently all locally developed and deployed apps have started giving a 404 error when trying to reach the web page.
The ‘App Management Service Application’ service appears to be running as expected. Both the ‘App Management Service’ and the ‘Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Subscription Settings Service’ services are started.
When an app is started the URL is displayed in the browser as expexted:
E.g. http://apps-acc0b1b9990b9c.dev1-uat-apps.local/SharePointTestApp/Pages/Default.aspx?SPHostUrl={url stuff}, but it now gives a 404 error when it was previously running the app.
And the Apps DNS name ‘/apps-acc0b1b9990b9c.eudc-uat-apps.local’ still pings back to the SharePoint server.
As far as I know nothing has changed to the SharePoint server applications setup, and I have tried restarting the IIS several times, all to no avail.
I also read that this Apps problem may be related to the User Profile services. The 'User Profile Syncronisation Service' was stopped, and errored when I tried to start it. The 'User Profile Service Application' was also stuck on 'Stopping'.
I run the 'ostsadm -o provisionservice -action stop -servicetypen...' command both of these and attempted to restart them. The 'User Profile Syncronisation Service' is stuck on 'starting' and the 'User Profile Service Application' came up with an error after I Deleated and reinstalled it, although it now says 'Started'.
Any Ideas on what could have happened here, and how to fix it would be gratefully accepted.

Please check the ULS log and see the detailed message. For SharePoint 2013, by default, ULS log locates in
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\15\LOGS"Or try troubleshooting with Fiddler.
Or check whether it is a Host Header issue.
