I am getting the error:
Error 1106: Multiple active components collision between "Explorer shell[Version 5.1.2600.1106,R1507
An error occurred while checking dependencies, Component: "Explorer shell[Version 5.1.2600.1106,R1507]" Activation failure.  Auto-resolve terminated.

This is in the dependencies check.  I have been through the process and built a working image with a simpler version of this .SLX file.  I added more devices and system programs.  Since then, this error has been coming up.  Removing copies of the shell [Version 5.1.2006,R1507] has not helped.  The check still fails.

There can only be one shell in a configuration. Somehow two are being pulled in (command or taskmanager shells). You might have a Macro component (bolded components) that is pulling a different shell.
