Hi, I have customized the backlog's columns and when I use the function "Send work item in email" outside the work item sheet the form for the email show me all the columns.
But when i use the same fuction inside the work item the form didn't show me the customized columns.
How can I fix this bug?

Thank you for posting here.
The columns in the email outside the work item sheet based on the columns you choose show on the Backlog, so you could add the custom field to the Backlog, and the fields will also show in the alert email. But we could not custom the template of the email inside the work item, it could only send work items with six fields.
As a workaround, you could use the email outside the work item or create alert for the work item, when change occur to the work item, you could get the alert with the custom field value.
