VSTS agent is unable to locate MSBuild VS 2017. I don't have VS 2017 installed, just the MSBuild.

When I look in my _work\task\VSBuild forlder, I can see two folders. First one name is 1.113.0, date from 29 Apr. Second one is 1.117.0, date from 24 May. I guess that those are scripts pushed by VSTS build orchestrator and that the latest update screw my build.

According to this issue on vswhere github, https://github.com/Microsoft/vswhere/issues/61 , we have to add argument "-products *" in order to get the correct information. This is verified on my server. Without this argument, empty array is returned.
