Thank you for your question. Bid landscape will be available through the API V9. The date is not yet set. When this feature is available in the API, they would be a blog post. To get latest updates of features such as Bid Landscape, we suggest that you subscribe to the Bing Ads API RSS feed. Through this medium you will be able to get new information and upcoming changes/dates to the API.
