We have a TFS instance where there are 4 users with the same name. However when creating a work item, the Assigned To field only displays one user.  Kindly let us know what the issue is

You can try to type part of the display name and click ‘Search’ to check if the other 3 users can be displayed.

In addition, I think it’s normal to display only one if the user names are all the same. Because they are recognized as the same user. Besides, you cannot recognize which user is the one you want to select even though they are displayed there.
