I am little confused about the parameters available in the RTA metadata tables i.e. RTAWindow and TimeSlice.

RTAWindow is defined in minutes and it is the time after which the data will be moved from the Primary import tables to the BAM cubes. I found it 3600 minutes by default in the table, almost 2.5 days.

TimeSlice is also defined in minutes and it is the time for which the particular instances of data lying in that time slice will be grouped. I found it 60 minutes by default in table, 1 hour.

So my question is if I want to group the data of more then an hour then I will have to increase the TimeSlice parameter ? and similarly if I need to keep the data of more then 2 days then I need to increase the RTAWindow parameter ?

I was looking for some information related to RTA and i came across this question. I though i will answer this so that it will be helpful for some one in future.

Yes you are correct. Initially i had 2.5 days as timewindow. So, on BAM Aggregation, i will see some 0's. Now i increased it to 14700 which is 10 days. Now i can see complete 10 days data.
