I have define some BAM alerts in my project. The individual type have no problem and i always receive an email base on the condition. For the aggregate one, they only fire once. For example: I specify that if an orchestration run more that 2 times base on the last 1 minute, the alert fire for the first time. But if a meet the condition again, than fire the package (Because this is a schedule aggregate view, not an RTA), the alert doesn't fire again.
