I have installed Resharper v2016 but when i run Visual Studio 2015, i don't see Resharper option in the menu. I checked Visual Studio Extension Manager and apparenty Resharper is disabled.

The enable and uninstall buttons are both disabled. How do i get Resharper enabled?

There seems to be a problem in VS 2015 and extensions are disabled if when updating the old version is not removed and there are two folders for the same extension.
