I am a curriculum designer and working on a series of video courses. I am filming greenscreen footage in 1080, then I use Power Point to design the background (graphs, definitions, etc) and insert those visuals behind the instructor.

The problem I am having is that Powerpoint only natively seems to export videos in 720p. I tried to solve this using a macro which exports 1080 but I think the macro "blows up" the images such that they lose resolution. For example, my clean fonts suddenly look very rough around the edges, as if it is taking a 720p letter and just blowing up the pixels, making the edges very jagged and ugly. I could post a screenshot, but I hope my explanation is clear. I will post the macro at the bottom of this post.

I am aware that I can export image files from slides and that image is possible in 1080 or higher, however this causes a major problem because I use lots of transitions. For example, one .ppt slide might have 10 transitions in order to show changes in a graph or add visual information. I could set up these transitions as individual slides, but this means if I later want to make even a minor modification to that series (for example a color or position change), I have to make it to ALL of those slides, which is a very poor and time-consuming workflow.

I suppose another workaround is if someone can tell me how to export each transition as a 1080 image file. I am not sure if this is possible however.
