We just upgraded from TFS 2015 to TFS 2017
We see everthing fine so far related to the source control repository and all the settings as well

But our Ant Build Tasks are not getting executed.
We are getting the following error in the build logs

We even tried to create new build definitions but still getting the same error.

The Ant Builds were running before the Upgrade.

We even tried specifying the 'Set ANT_HOME Path' option in the Advanced settings pointing to the ANT_HOME absolute path
It is still giving the same error

We are able to execute the Ant Build file from the JDeveloper
Our application is an Oracle ADF Application (Java/XML based)

Any help is appreciated

make sure ant.exe can be found in the PATH environment variable.

Run "where ant" from a commandline that's running as the same user the build agent runs under (or queue a build that has run executable "cmd.exe" parameters "/c "where ant"" to see if it's found.
