I have a Micron NAND Flash Large Page 2Gb (256 MB). After formatting this nand (from storage manager), the size is 251 MB. Why is the size 5 MB lower (251 instead of 256) ? I use a Transaction exFAT on this NAND Flash.

For the same reason that the C drive on your PC is smaller than the physical disk, formatting takes space.  So the 241 MB is the reporting of available disk space, not the physical disk size.
