We need a Windows x86 OS to run some legacy tools (Beckhoff PLC) on it to support older versions of our software. Is it allowed to run a Windows 10 x86 OS VM on a dedicated development VMware ESXi host to use this legacy software? It needs to be x86 and we do want a supported OS (so Windows Server 2008 doesn't comply)
