Hello.  I have a customer that bought an App from the 2013 store however she did not received an email confirmation and more importantly a receipt of the transaction.  

I cannot find any documentation on sales transactions and how they are confirmed.  The customer was able to install my App.

Consumer purchases should be associated to their Microsoft Account. They should be able to locate all purchases through http://commerce.microsoft.com when they login with the correct Microsoft Account email used to make the purchase.
