Hi,

PBI along with its attached Bug is still showing up on Backlog page, even though the PBI is in 'Fixed' state and Bug is in 'New' state. I have selected "In Progress" items to Hide mode.

Is it an expected behavior?

Yes, it is the expected behavior. Since the PBI states is ‘Fixed’, not ‘Done’, so it still displays under the Backlog page.
