I have an active MSDN Universal subscription and I'm looking to upgrade my Encoder 4 Pro with the appropriate codecs. I sent and email to [e-mail] to get advantage of the 49,95 upgrade offer. I received a coupon code. However the Microsoft store doesn't apply any reduction on the Encoder 4 Pro SKU. I do not get an error message when I enter the code, just nothing happens... the SKU remains at 199,95$ in my cart.
